About yo Online
We specialize in affordable and accessible yoga classes and trainings with expert instruction. We offer a wide variety of classes to meet students where they are at. Whether it's your very first time practicing, or you've lost count, we have a class for you. We also have a wide range of class lengths; If you have only 5 minutes or 2 hours, or somewhere in between, we have you covered. You can view a full list of class descriptions.
How it Works
On this site, you can 'drop-in' for a yoga class by purchasing a one-day pass to our video catalog, OR you can get unlimited access to all classes via a monthly membership. NEW* Sign up for automatic renewal and save money, while being an ongoing sustainer of YogaOasis!

Virtual Class Descriptions
intro 2 yoga
Discover yoga in a safe and supportive setting. An ideal class for beginners and students with minor injuries or physical limitations.
basics
An ongoing exploration into the art and science of yoga. Provides a highly attentive and supportive environment. Appropriate for beginners and ongoing students.
expanding
Knowledge and experience gained in basics or yogahour is explored in a wider variety of postures.
yogahour
An hour of play and power—a fun, rockin’ flow class with alignment instructions and music (a recommended playlists can be found in the class description for most yogahour classes). Beginners welcome.
yogahour 101
A more doable version of yogahour.
yogahour + meditate
Classic yogahour practice plus 15+ minutes of breathing techniques and meditation.
YoFlow
60 minutes of flow (vinyasa style) designed to sweat and stretch away stress.
prenatal yogahour
A yogahour class designed for prenatal students. (Postnatal students and partners welcome!)
all bodies rise yoga
A nurturing hour of yoga that invites you into a deeper relationship with your one and only beautiful body. Great for beginners.
Yin yoga
Prop-supported, seated and supine poses held for 3-5 minutes in order to bring deep stretch to muscles and connective tissues.
